I asked for a quote MULTIPLE times and they said they would give one, kept telling me to call the tech and then the other person would tell me to call the office and jerk me around wasting lots of time. They then STARTED WITHOUT GIVING ME A Quote and Expect us to pay whatever they want. Disgusting, mismanaged company and HORRIBLE service. Advice to the general public do not use, they do not care about you.

We had DE HILL come out to do an inspection of the AC and Heating unit. They advised my husband and I that the Freon is leaking and that its a pinhole leak that they COULD NOT find. They proceeded to add 2 pounds of Freon and told us that the unit was good to go! Just recently we noticed that the heat was not heating well so I called an unnamed source to come out to check it out. He said the Freon is still leaking and that he has located the leak. We told him that DE HILL came out to do the AC and Heating inspection before we bought the home and what work was done. He was in shock that they did not repair the leak and that they added Freon to a leaking system. Come to find out, that is illegal and is posted on the EPA website as section 608 of the Clean Air Act. My husband and I wanted to give DE HILL another chance to redeem themselves. My husband called DE HILL and the receptionist, whom is not very nice, placed him on hold when he asked to speak to a manager. She got on the phone again and said she was the manager. When my husband was talking to her he said " when you placed me on hold" She denied it was her and said it was someone else. He asked her if there is anything she can do for us. He explained the situation in detail and also added the info about the EPA. The woman was very rude and said they DO NOT do refunds. They said they would come out but we would be charged. She kept saying that the information about the EPA is not true. I wanted to for warn potential customers of this company. I will also be contacting the EPA in this matter as well, then maybe they will understand the laws and regulations.

They told me $75 for the service and $20 for the "special Cleaner" they use. Preston the Tech showed up, cleaned the unit with a spray bottle and a hose.. when I asked him if he was going to check anything, and maybe put some gauges on it, he told me : he didn't need to "he could hear the system and pressure was good" REALLY? that is amazing I have NEVER heard of anyone that could do that. So we basically paid $95 for him to hose off my unit... Needless to say I had another bigger company come out.. we had a bad capacitor and one that was going bad, based on meter readings, imagine that putting gauges on the system. I wrote the owner a message, she never answered... don't use them... atleast not for maintenance..
