Efficient installation service. The installers were very professional and within 6 hours installed the Trane AC unit at my residence. Price was very reasonable. Crystal Air responded quickly and professionally to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Crystal Air and will be using them for annual maintenance on the unit.

We called on a Sunday afternoon after our AC unit bought the farm after 16 years of faithful service. We spoke to Toren and he carefully listened to our description and offered us good advice as to what to expect and the costs that would be likely when we had a service call on Monday. Toren was our service technician on Monday afternoon and he was polite, professional, and patient in offering us his explanations, options, and suggestions for a new unit. We feel confident that we made an informed, and good decision for us.

Tyler was very professional, efficient and hard-working technician. He took the time and care of Jimmy's AC to make sure it was working properly. He came back several hours later to address an issue so that the house would be cool enough especially with this extreme heat we are having. We appreciate the service that Crystal Air gives my client and our personal home. They are the only AC/Heating company we will use. They are honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and dedicated company!!
