⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an amazing experience with this heating and air company from start to finish! Logen, our service tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running perfectly. Alex, the comfort advisor, walked us through our options without any pressure and really helped us find the best solution for our home. Riley, the lead installer, and Matt worked like a well-oiled machine—efficient, friendly, and detail-oriented. You can really tell this team runs on trust, respect, and what they call “the brotherhood.” It’s rare to find a group of people who take so much pride in their work and in taking care of their customers. Highly recommend!

Edited Review; 4.5 starsAfter having a new HVAC system installed, I wasn't a happy customer. Without going into detail, there were aspects of the work I didn't find done correctly.To their credit, they came back out twice and fixed all the issues. Their employee who came out the 2nd & 3rd time (Chris) did terrific work.At this point I'm very pleased with everything and I plan to continue using their services in the future.4.5/5 stars rating is completely due to initial install. They did end up making everything right but, initial issues have to deduct a little.I would now recommend this company.

Excellent overall experience. Our initial tech Ryan was very polite and helpful even on a 9:30pm call! Ryan our systems sales guy worked to get us a fair price. He wasn’t pushy at all. He also went above and beyond to find a gap in the schedule to get our system installed quickly. Finally, Chris and Steve our install techs were super polite, quiet workers and had a great attitude. They kept us updated during the install and did a thorough walk through of our new system. Great job overall and happy we chose Comfort!

If I could rate different parts of this I would give the technician 10 stars. Great person got me fixed super quick and was very nice. Now the reason for the 1 star rating. I called and set an appointment for Saturday around 2 pm. Around 3 pm I get a call from the company stating the call center has no idea how busy they are or how many calls they have and that they can’t get to me today but they will send someone out Sunday morning around 8am. I say that’s fine. So Sunday morning at about 10 am I get another phone call saying that “the call center doesn’t know how busy they are and they have 6 calls in my city today and I’m number 2 on the list, but they won’t be in town till 2 pm. Again I understand that it is a busy time of year. So I say that’s fine. At 5:30pm I call them again and ask if someone is coming or should I call someone else who will show up. The man I spoke with apologized and said he would find out what’s going on and call me back. I never got a response back from him. So finally around 7:15pm I get a call from the tech saying he’s 15 minutes out. The tech was great. Your call center is horrible and needs to be in house not a 3rd party.

We were able to get someone here the day the a/c stopped working. Taylor was so good. Very knowledgeable. Explained the broken part and everything he was doing. He is a respectful, thorough, kind guy. Would highly recommend. We will ask for him next time.
