A technician came two days ago and did not fix the leaking problem. The issue still persists, and I was hoping for a new technician to come yesterday. I was scheduled from 8-12. No one came or called. I was then rescheduled for 6-10. No one came. Business is not serious with customers. I am now scheduled for tomorrow because no one can come today. Don’t do business with them.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase and installation of a new air/heat system in my home. They put me in a new furnace and outside condensing unit.Andrew Fernandez came out and was so kind and enjoyable to work with. He told me he would walk through the installation process with me and made sure I had his personal cell number if there were any issues at all during the installation process.Al and Roger showed up in installation day and did an exceptional job installing. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.City of Sandy Springs came out and inspected the installation and found no problems at all.Many thanks to Andrew and his team!

Just like all the other reviews, I had an appointment between 6-10pm (which is already kind of late to be making a house call) but regardless, the tech never showed up. Not only did they not show up but they didn't even bother to give me a courtesy call or follow up to reschedule--I had to call them.Second, when I called to reschedule the tune-up they tell me the next available opening is a month out. Why on earth should I have to wait an entire month to reschedule when YOU are the one that flaked on me?! When I asked why I should have to wait another 30 days the tech said it's because there were calls that were higher priority than my tune-up. Really? Really?! So even if you have a standing appt for 2 weeks, they will literally no call/no show you simply because "other calls" took priority. And then when I said the AC unit was down then all of a sudden there's an opening next-day. Really? Really?! Needless to say I will NOT be moving forward with ANY service from this company--they are completely unprofessional, a waste of time and not worth the time, energy or money.

I purchased a new central air and heating unit from Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling about 18 months ago. Since then, it has been serviced about three times. In June 2025, the system stopped working, and I was told the fan motor needed to be replaced at the cost of $1,400.00. I paid for the replacement, and it was installed two days later. The technician said to give it 24 hours to work. Two days later, I called Allgood to inform them, the system was still not working. They promised to send a technician out ASAP. Well, it is now July 18, 2025, and I have scheduled 9 service calls, and no one has come out to repair or replace my unit. Also, the technician never bothered to call and say they were not coming. That means I am waiting for four hours for the technician to arrive, and they never do. I have also been waiting for someone in management to call, but no one has. Quality control, no one has called.This is unacceptable, and I am at a loss as to what to do. I would like my money refunded immediately. I am beginning to believe it might be the zip code I live in, where there are predominantly black and brown people.Please, if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. It has been extremely hot and to be without air conditioning in unbearable.I am a senior citizen, 75 years, and I am feeling like I was taken advantage of. I thought this was a reputable company, but I was wrong.Please do not use this company. I had to give it 1 star to post but it needs -10.

Be careful of this fraud company as they promise a unit and provide a different unit. We agree upon installing 2 Carrier Performance units and now I came to know that they installed some part of comfort and some part of performance. Not at all reliable. After selling the unit, Mr Nelson Gaston, Project Manager, left the company. May be earned all fraud money and left after misguiding multiple customers.Even we complain, there is no response from anyone.
