I have been a Firestone customer since 2014. Over the course of 11 years, I have been to 6 different stores(that many due to moving to different locations). I have been blessed with having the best technicians work on my vehicles and giving me information about their sales and warranties to my benefit. It did not matter which store location I had work done because it’s all on file and it can be tracked instantly. I believe it has a lot to do with the store manager, and Mike is awesome! He and his team in Nacogdoches are the best and have taken care of my vehicles like it is their own! Thank you very much to the team! 👏

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my visits. On my first tour, despite having a prior appointment over the phone, I had to wait over two hours just for a simple tire check.A few days later, I returned for a headlight replacement—again with an appointment. Yet, I was made to wait nearly two hours, only to be told the cost after all that time. This is not only unprofessional but also a waste of valuable time.Is this how a business is supposed to function? Customers have other responsibilities and cannot afford to spend hours waiting for basic services.I strongly urge you to streamline your service process and prioritize efficiency. Appointments should be respected, and customers should be informed promptly about both time and cost. Please take this seriously and work towards providing quicker and more reliable service.

I was having issues with the site and the front desk person that answered the phone was so helpful. I scheduled 2 cars to have service and they worked with me through the day to make sure everything was taken care of. They made.me.feel.like I was the only customer they had even though there were multiple people there (all getting the same personalized treatment).Great experience.
