If you notice, there is a recurring trend of one-star reviews for this company, and there is a reason why. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year and we called our home warranty to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately for us, we got paired with All Weather. The first day the tech came out he said the unit was froze over and there was nothing he could do. Understandable. We thawed the unit and the quickest they could get a tech back out here was 5 days later but I was told they would fix it that day, as we are hosting company this weekend. I took a half day off of work to meet the tech. No call, no show. Called the company 3 times, and they didn't answer the phone but instead they took the phone off the hook so I would get busy signals when calling back. Apparently this is common practice for them. Do NOT waste your time with this company, you will regret it.

My AC unit went out this previous Thursday (today being Sunday). I filed a warranty claim and was paired up with All Weather Air Care. They were booked solid until Saturday and scheduled an appointment for that evening. The time window came and went and they called me to reschedule for today, Sunday. They had some jobs that held them over. I received a phone call from Chris tonight saying that he had a long day and was on his way to take care of my issue before heading home. Chris showed up around 10:20 PM, tested a few things on the unit, grabbed a part from his truck and installed it. The unit kicked right on. The entire process took maybe 10 minutes to fix. While I was initially frustrated with the delayed times, I acknowledge that this is also a very busy time for them. The quality and quickness of the work was incredible and I could tell Chris had been tired from his long day. I'd recommend All Weather Air Care for the quality of their work.

Tried to find a freon leak and charged my system with nitrogen to see if it would hold, said he would be back in two days. He never showed up and then just ignored two other appointments that I made. It has now been three weeks with no A/C and he missed another appointment today. No one ever answers the phone. Worst company ever! Extremely unreliable! Do not use!

This company was scheduled to come to my home by my home warranty. This A/C issue started on Wednesday July 20th and it is now Friday July 22. The company has still not been to my house. I was told over the phone they have to order a part ( how would they know that if they haven't been out to see my A/C unit.) I have made several calls and it's either busy or get told they will call me back. On the phone with my Home Warranty Company hoping to have another company come look at. I will update my review when something is actually resolved.

This company is a joke. I contacted my home warranty office because my two-stage heating unit was pushing cold air. I was paired with this company and although the technical arrived on time the first time. He complained (cursing) towards me the entire time almost blaming me for the HVAC problems. I explained to him I just bought this home and the problem was no fault of mine because I didn't install the unit. Completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the unit, the technical completely disassembles the wiring, disconnects the thermostat and leaves saying he'll be back the next day. The following day, no-call, no-show. I contact the home warranty office and they reschedule for today. You guessed it. No-call, no show, and the main office is consistent about no answering the phone or returning your calls. But they're quick to answer a call from the home warranty office. Like another review on here, if I could give negative stars I would. Contacting the home warranty office and demanding another company.
