I highly recommend this company. This morning, I noticed my first floor air conditioner was running, blowing but not cooling. My husband called them just before lunch, and within two hours, a technical team showed up and fixed our problem in less than 10 minutes in the outdoor area. Super efficient.

I called Chip because they had installed my A/C unit about 4 years ago. This time my fan stopped blowing hot air from my furnace. Their tech came by the next day to trouble shoot the problem. He narrowed then problem down a control board that controlled the fan. The tech told me the would have to order the part. Chip later called to tell e they no longer made that furnace and control board. All they could do was replace the furnace with a new unit: he would call me back with a price. When Chip called he informed me that they had found a control board that would work. They came by the next day and installed the part. It worked perfectly. We are a happy, warm family again. Thanks Airflo Heating and Cooling.

I cannot express powerfully enough how pleased I am with their exceptional customer service, high level of knowledge, and how quickly and effectively they have solved my problems every time we have called. My partner and I used this business to replace our furnace. Shortly after it was replaced it began leaking. They came to look at the problem twice and seemed to be fixing the leak but never the source of the issue. Our basement became a puddle of standing water, not just around the heater but it leaked to all other parts of our basement ruining things that were stored down there. At this point we had an extremely hard time getting them to come back out. Every day they would say they were coming, not show up, promise to come tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. They handled the situation with negligence. Ultimately we had an alternative company come and fix it for us. They pointed out some other issues that this company neglected including cutting a wire that was a safety for potential floods. Unfortunately airflo is not worth your time. He did not make us feel like valued costumers and his carelessness led us to a whirlwind of issues.

AirFlow is the best!!! 7 years ago my heat/air unit broke in January in the bitter cold. I called several businesses and were all booked out. Then found business, AirFlo. Chip was amazing. He and his crew worked around the clock, in the bitter cold installing our heat/air unit. We are so blessed that we found Air Flo. Yesterday, January 1st, 2025, our unit was not coming on, I reached out to Chip and he immediately made arrangements to come out. We are so grateful for AirFlo to come out on a holiday to repair a broken wire. Again, AirFlo puts their customers first.
