We were having issues with our old AC/furnace unit. I called ACR Service Company and left a voice message. Robert called me back within 15 minutes. We set up a time that was convenient for me and Robert came out to check on the unit.We needed a new AC/furnace unit. Robert and Gerald came back, again at a time convenient for me, took out the old unit and installed a new one in the same day at a price less than I expected!I've been using ACR Service Company for many years. Robert is a nice guy and always gets the job done! I highly recommend ACR Service Company for your AC and furnace needs!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They have come to my rescue more times than I can count. I had a 98 year old grandfather and a 70 year old mother living with me when our ac went out last summer and they went out of their way to scramble to get a new unit and find time after hours to get it put in so we would not suffer. He is sooo reasonable with his prices and he really makes sure each customer feels like they are the most important person to him while he is working with them. He is so awesome because he recommended someone when I needed some electrical work done and saved me a lot of money. Give him a try...you won’t be sorry

There is an air conditioner in our staff room. few weeks ago, it has came up with several issues like not cooling the place enough and giving some noises as it powered on. To fix this up, we have called several A/C servicing companies. Since the air conditioner is an old one about 5 years, all of them have confirmed to replace the Air conditioner with a new one. We were so lost in buying a new A/C, as we have no allocated budget for class and staff rooms in our university. One day when I was surfing the Internet, I saw an advertisement of professional A/C repairing and maintenance service called ACR Burleson. And I thought to call and give them a try. They came in the next day morning and I was amazed at the service delivery of them. They came with their special tools and did all necessary to fix the Air conditioner like it was before. The best thing is, they confirmed us that the A/C need not to be replaced. you guys are the best. Thank you again. Definitely recommend A++ for the job done.

These guys were fantastic! They provided great service for a reasonable cost. A little over a month ago, the heating coils broke on my central AC unit right before that major cold front that brought wind chills in the single digits. I called ACR after being referenced by a friend and they fixed it in a jiffy. I'm very thankful to have followed my gut feeling on my friends advice and worked with these guys!
