I’m currently in the process of replacing the HVAC unit at my property in Florida, and I have to say—this company has truly impressed me so far. From the very first phone call, the service has been exceptional. The staff was courteous, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the options in detail, and made me feel confident about moving forward.The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the level of service I’ve received so far. It’s rare these days to find a company where the customer service alone is enough to make you want to leave a 5-star review before the work is even completed—but that’s exactly the case here.It’s because of the outstanding phone support and the genuine care shown by the team that I felt compelled to write this review even before the unit is installed. If the installation and performance match the front desk experience, I know I’ll be more than satisfied.Looking forward to the installation and will definitely update if I can—but for now, major kudos to the team for setting the bar high from the very beginning!

I highly recommend A-Best Air and Heat.My service call was answered promptly by Travis a very knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the problem explained what my repair options were vs replacing the unit. I found the proposal for a new York air conditioner very reasonable. Honestly, fair pricing and professionalism are the hallmarks of this company.

I am deeply grateful for the services provided by A-Best. Rob and Gavin stopped by for a pull & clean, a problem Rob diagnosed during an annual A/C inspection five days ago. I am a tenant for one of the properties owned by Underill Management Company. Rob and his team did fantastic work getting approval for the work and getting me scheduled within 72-hours. The pull & clean was done efficiently and well. Rob even took the time to fix a faulty screw in the A/C unit and helped me take down a fence, something that’s not apart of his job nor did he have to do. I appreciate their respect, timely work, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend. Thank you each for your service. I salute these hometown heroes who helped me today and helped to maintain this property!

Travis was great. I called for service because our downstairs ac was not cooling. He was here in about an hour and had us up a cooled off quickly.
