I thought the technician was very nice and accommodating. He answered my questions that I thought of even after he left. It was already late into the evening when my air conditioner stopped working. He showed me how many amps on his meter my old system was drawing and explained how much lower my utility bill should be if everything was working as expected. I also was impressed by the installation. Everything was very professionally done and quality. The only negative was the cost. A#1 air seems very high compared to others. I would have probably shopped around to get a better deal if I wasn’t in a bind with the hot Texas summer and a wife that has medical conditions that are aggravated by excessive heat. I will say that A#1 air is responsive when you have an issue. Many places can’t get to you as quickly. So overall, I would say the only regret so far about my experience with A#1 Air is the price. I can’t quantify how much I overpaid exactly, but I am fairly certain I could have saved a few thousand dollars if I had the ability to compare with other service providers,.

Anderson did amazing work for me. I sold the house and needed a unit checked per the inspection (differential was off). It wasn’t cooling right. He replaced the motor and got everything working. He went the extra mile sending me pictures of send and return temps so that I could see that the differential was normal again.
