Nicholas (Nick) was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to VP to fix our tankless gas hot water heater and even found a leak under the house that he repaired. Even when he ran into an issue he was unsure about he did the research and figured it out. Highly recommend this technician.

Chris was awesome to deal with. I’m a contractor and needed someone to fill in on one of my jobs to make sure i stayed on schedule. Chris and the 1-Tom team were actually very professional, worked fast and did everything i needed within a 24 hour period. It was extremely helpful and reasonably priced.
