I do not recommend this company as they recently did us really dirty. We had someone come take a look at our AC as it started making a noise. They came and told us the AC just needed some Freon. And that the noise was because the Ac needed a new motor and that it was soon to stop working. But we could still use it.while they ordered the new motor. They also replaced our thermostat panel by installing one that we personally purchased. Our bill was $425.00 just for a less than an hour visit. $400 for labor and $25 for what was put.As they never showed up again or gave a call when they would come back to replace the new motor. We called to see when they could come again because it had completely stopped working. The receptionist or who ever answered told us that they would not come again until we payed off what we owed for the current visit. (Mind you we had just received the bill on the mail) and it had been a month since they were at our house. So we gave a payment towards it because money wasn’t a problem for us. We just needed it to get fixed.We keep calling to get someone to come and the receptionist just keep saying “uhhh let me check and I’ll give you a call back to let you know when they will be able to come out” we have not received a call yet. And we have called many many times and we get told the same thing and no one calls us back. We already payed the $425.00 still no one calls and no one shows. It’s the same thing each time we call. Now our Heating does not work either and they messed with that when they came as well. So we are with no Ac and no heating.So our money was thrown to the trash with them. Do not recommend them totally unprofessional of them.

They did not hook up the de-humidifier, and they left factory plug in the line. At the recommendation of Lennox corporation, I had to get Efficiency Air out of Edna to fix the bad installation job Winkler's did. Lennox support is excellent because they supported me when Winkler's would not return my calls. Lennox covered all the cost of the Winkler's bad install. I would not recommend Winkler's, and if you had them install a Lennox unit, I would contact Lennox because most likely you are not getting the efficiency you paid for out of your unit.
