Jonathan Firm came out on a Saturday to rehab our whole breaker box, add a whole home surge protector, and 5 new GFI's. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and answered any questions I had. He made the whole process very easy on the family and our electric was only down for a few hours for all the work that was done. We highly recommend him for any electric work that you need.

Be extremely careful with this company. I originally contacted them for a simple filter replacement, but they ended up conducting a full HVAC inspection without my permission and quoted me nearly $15,000 in repairs—claiming multiple things were broken.I had a gut feeling something was off, so I called a second, reputable company for a second opinion. That company did a thorough check and confirmed nothing was broken. They only charged me $500 total.What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time this company has tried to upsell me on major, unnecessary repairs. Both times, they exaggerated issues and pushed for egregiously high charges—even on components that were only a few months old.They also spent over five hours at my home, poking around the HVAC system without clear consent, just to manufacture a $15k bill.I strongly suspect many of their glowing reviews are bought and paid for. In my experience, this company uses scare tactics to pressure homeowners into expensive, unnecessary work.Proceed with serious caution. I wouldn’t trust them again.

Today I had the pleasure of having Abel With Willard come look at our old broken system, due to having the headache of home warranty companies, Abel was very smart and efficient! He presented his findings to me in a very timely manner and found my systems repairs were way to much to spend on a 15 year old system, I ended up purchasing a new system from him and man do I have to say I never feel good about spending money but in my 82 years of life today was the first time I felt like I made an amazing decision with an amazing company like Willard! Jacob arrived to do a routine inspection of our HVAC system. He was very professional, answered questions I had, and suggested a coolant check in our outside line. As it turned out, the coolant was low and Jacob replaced it immediately. He made certain all of our system's settings were returned to where we had them before he left.
