I had a very poor experience with this company on so many levels. I asked last Thursday for a plumber to come out to look at a small leak that I thought might be coming from the tub upstairs. I booked an AC tech to come out the same day for a check on the system (no issues there). I received no follow up email, call or text confirming the appointment and no communication from the tech. I was expecting Monday afternoon per conversation when I booked, and tech showed up at 11am on planned day while I was making a work presentation at home. Paused meeting to open door and show him in, and he seemed to understand assignment, so frustrating lack of communication but at least they showed up.Due to the abbreviated description I had to give to the tech, he fiddled around during the meeting and found that the leak was not due to the tub but the dryer running at same time as AC (which is odd because I run this all the time with no issues). When he left, I turned dryer off, turned AC off, and ran tub. Began leaking...Calmly called the office back to request manager reach out to talk about this. No one ever called, which is not surprising. I had already confirmed the company had my phone number and email correct this whole time. On top of this, the person who booked the appointment never scheduled an AC tech to come out which at this point I'm thankful for (so I don't waste my money).I'm not sure if this is a new employee who just does not communicate or does not understand the company policies, there were so many positive reviews! A huge let down and money down the drain.

We had a plumbing inspection today and were very impressed with Jon Jergens. He was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained certain aspects of our plumbing and gave us useful tips on maintaining the system. I highly recommend Waccamaw plumbing and specifically Jon.

I’ve been very impressed with Waccamaw heating And cooling. Apart from regular maintenance, I’ve needed them to come out on short notice due to the air conditioning breaking down, they are typically there within a few hours after me calling in and are able to fix the issue. Highly recommend.
