Virginia Beach Heating and Air Conditioning Introduce
For residents across Virginia, and particularly in the dynamic climate of the Virginia Beach area, maintaining a functional and efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is crucial for year-round comfort. When facing the humid heat of summer or the sudden drop in temperature during winter, Virginia homeowners rely on expert, professional service to keep their indoor environment controlled. Virginia Beach Heating and Air Conditioning presents itself as a local contractor specializing in the entire spectrum of HVAC services, positioning themselves as a go-to solution for local home comfort needs.
As a certified HVAC contractor, the company’s services are built around the foundational elements of home climate control: heating, cooling, and ventilation. Their identified service areas include being an Air conditioning repair service, a Furnace repair service, and a general Heating contractor. This broad specialization suggests that they are equipped to handle systems from initial installation and ongoing preventative maintenance to critical, emergency repairs. In a region where systems work hard against coastal air and weather extremes, a full-service approach is what many Virginia customers actively seek. Their business model is clearly geared towards providing essential Repair services to minimize downtime when a breakdown occurs.
It is important for local users to always conduct thorough research when selecting any contractor. When a company is positioned as an expert in a wide range of services, it is critical that the quality of work matches the breadth of the service list. The local community's need for reliable, timely, and up-to-code service is paramount, especially when dealing with safety-critical systems like gas-powered units or complex electrical installations that require proper permitting and inspection as mandated by the city and state.
Virginia Beach Heating and Air Conditioning is locally rooted in the heart of the community it serves. Their physical location is a key factor in their ability to provide local, timely service across the greater Virginia Beach area.
- Address: 301a 25th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451, USA
- Central Positioning: Being situated in a central Virginia Beach location, close to major local thoroughfares, can be advantageous for dispatching technicians quickly across the city, including residential neighborhoods that stretch from the oceanfront inland.
- Local Focus: The location is indicative of a business committed to serving the local Hampton Roads community, which often means they are familiar with the common system types and regional building codes that impact HVAC installations and repairs in Virginia homes.
- Service Coordination: A central office space is vital for managing customer service calls, scheduling, and logistical coordination, all of which are critical to improving the customer experience and minimizing wait times during peak demand seasons.
For Virginia residents, accessibility and a local base of operations are often considered assurances of faster response times, particularly for emergency repair needs that cannot wait.

The range of services provided includes:

- Heating System Services: They handle all aspects of warmth, including Heating system installation for new or replacement units, Heating system maintenance for winter readiness, and Heating system repair for furnace or heat pump malfunctions.
- Ductwork and Ventilation: The company offers specialized services for the distribution network of the HVAC system, including HVAC duct & vent cleaning for better air quality, HVAC duct & vent installation for new construction or remodels, and HVAC duct & vent repair to fix leaks and airflow issues.

- Comprehensive HVAC Repair: Finally, they offer general HVAC system repair and Repair HVAC services, covering entire system overhauls and specific component fixes.
This full suite of services means that Virginia Beach homeowners can look to one company for their yearly system maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and even minor installations like a new thermostat.
The primary highlight of Virginia Beach Heating and Air Conditioning is the wide array of professional, specialized services they offer. This breadth of expertise is a key feature for a homeowner who wants a single contractor capable of addressing all comfort-related issues.
- Full-Spectrum HVAC Expertise: They are qualified across all major facets of HVAC—cooling, heating, ventilation, and controls—signifying an ability to manage whole-house comfort systems holistically.
- Dual Specialization: Their explicit dual role as an Air conditioning repair service and Furnace repair service indicates preparedness for seasonal, urgent system failures throughout the year.
- Inclusion of Duct Services: The specialized offering of HVAC duct & vent cleaning, installation, and repair is a significant highlight, as ductwork is often neglected but critical to system efficiency and indoor air quality in Virginia homes.
- Repair-Centric Service Model: The inclusion of 'Repair services' in their official information emphasizes their focus on restoring broken systems, which is the most critical and often time-sensitive need for a local user.
However, potential clients in Virginia must be mindful that the reviews provided highlight significant reported issues, including a lack of communication, missed appointments, and serious concerns about workmanship and adherence to building codes, particularly regarding gas-related installations. It is an industry standard that any work, especially modifications to gas lines or system replacements, must be permitted and inspected by the relevant municipal authority to ensure residential safety and compliance. Customers should always verify that all necessary permits are pulled and final inspections are completed for major installation work.
For Virginia Beach residents looking to contact this HVAC contractor for service, maintenance, or repair, the following information is available:
- Address: 301a 25th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451, USA
- Phone (Local): (757) 317-9351
- Phone (Mobile/Direct): +1 757-317-9351
The availability of both a local and direct mobile number is typically a convenience feature, though the provided customer feedback suggests that responsiveness should be confirmed, especially for urgent matters.
The theoretical value in choosing Virginia Beach Heating and Air Conditioning lies in the breadth of their technical capabilities. They present themselves as a single source for nearly every home comfort need, from routine maintenance on a heat pump to complex ductless system installation and thermostat control. Their full-service offering means a Virginia homeowner should technically only need to keep one number on hand for all their heating, cooling, and ventilation problems.
The extensive list of services, including everything from A/C system maintenance to specialized duct services, is exactly what a Virginia resident needs to maintain an energy-efficient and healthy indoor environment against the regional climate. In an ideal scenario, a contractor with this level of service scope should provide a streamlined experience and expert care across the entire HVAC system.
However, the decision for any Virginia user must be made with eyes wide open. While the service list is impressive, the highly negative customer feedback regarding poor communication, missed appointments, alleged shoddy workmanship, and, most critically, concerns over the lack of proper permitting and inspection for a gas installation, raises serious questions about the reliability and safety practices of the company. When choosing an HVAC contractor in Virginia, particularly for significant work like system replacement or gas line connections, the most important factors are safety, reliability, and licensure compliance. Customers are strongly advised to investigate recent local testimonials, confirm the company's current licensing status with the Virginia Board for Contractors, and always ensure that permits are explicitly pulled and final municipal inspections are completed and documented before making a final payment on any major installation or repair. The potential convenience of a full-service contractor must be carefully weighed against the documented challenges to service delivery and safety compliance.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Worse than Charter for both timeliness and customer service! Do NOT use! You get what you pay for - they may be cheap, but you're getting shoddy service, and worse, shoddy workmanship. Both our A/C’s broke about a month ago and Impact came out, fixed one and said the other system was good (even though it was sporadically working). Fast forward to this week, and the other unit, the one Impact said was fine, is now fully broken. We had the last appointment on a Friday to get it fixed before the weekend hit. We know it’s highly likely they’ll be late and we fully expected a call, but none came. They never reached out, we waited a full hour after our window and they never had the decency of telling us they’re not coming. There goes our Friday afternoon and our entire weekend without A/C. Thank God it’s not August and an actual emergency.Side note: Don’t get a First American Home Warranty. They’re a racket.Update: Nearly three weeks later and they never called to tell us they were replacing our electric A/C unit with a gas one and now our warranty doesn’t cover the modifications so we have to pay $1000. Nope! They’re padding the bill to make up for all the money they’ve lost on this job.Update2: After calling and calling and calling, and having our home warranty call and call and call, they were removed from our service ticket for the second unit and another company has been brought in. They flatly refused to return a voicemail or pick up the phone. OH! And worse, the first unit they fixed already has condensation on the side paneling which is an indication of a bad installation job. This is not how you treat people, let alone a customer you want to come back for annual maintenance!Update3: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They could have blown up my house! The first unit they installed was not installed to code and a permit from the city was NOT pulled. They installed a gas package and did not apply for a proper city inspection permit. When installing anything with a gas line it must be properly inspected or it could blow up your house. THEY NEVER DID THAT!
Apr 29, 2019 · ** Ashley **I am putting a 1 star hoping that they will see this and finally return a phone call. My AC Has been broken for over a month. They came out May 21 and then again when it wasn’t fixed (after missing their appointment one other time) and said they needed to order parts. That was 2 weeks ago. I have called to get an update multiple times and no one has answered or returned my voicemails. I just want an update.Update: this comes a week after the above comment. The saga continues. I went to Impact Mechanical's location because they clearly don't know about phones and THEY DON'T EXIST. Yep folks. 404 Investors Pl Suite 106 is a tax advising company. I asked them and all their neighbors if they knew of Impact or which suite they'd be in and it was a UNANIMOUS "never heard of them". So if you or someone you know is working with them or considering working with them, then they better "brace themselves for impact" because they will be receiving work from a fraudulent company.
Jul 02, 2019 · Leland GrossI have HSA/AHS home warranty (one company brought out the other). My a.c. unit broke and they sent out this "company". Rob came out June 10, 2019 (unit broke on June 6th) checked it and said it needed parts to be fixed. That was 3 weeks ago and my a.c.is still broken. Where are these parts coming from that it takes 2 weeks? They never answer their phone. Erica is nice when she does answer but I need my a.c.fixed now. Do not use this company unless you like living in a sauna for weeks! I don't recommend American Home Shield warranty either but I'm stuck with them until May 2020. Wish I could give them no stars!
Jun 26, 2019 · Eve M.Rob came out to my house and did a great job fixing my ac unit. Home warranty takes a while for anybody to come and even get parts for you but Rob had the parts!! Thanx Rob I definitely recommend this company!!!
