DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give zero stars, I would. Gary Andress and Expert Air were recommended to us by a friend and we seriously regret the decision to use them. We hired them to replace two HVAC systems at our house. At first we were pleased with their estimate as they provided a military discount that made them the more affordable company of the three that we received estimates from. However, less than two years from the install we discovered we needed to also replace our furnace that had begun failing. It was only then that we realized they hustled us -knowing that our furnace was old and never recommending we replace it along with the rest of our equipment. Why install two new units to replace old equipment and not include that?! I reached out to Gary and they recommended we pay an additional $4k for a new furnace as ours was "old". It was OLD when we had the overhaul of our systems less than two years earlier!Looking back on all of the estimates provided we learned that without the military discount, Expert Air quoted thousands of dollars above competitors for what we THOUGHT was comparable service but it wasn't. Every other company INCLUDED the new furnace in their quote. When I pointed this out to Gary he first promised us a discount on the furnace to help make it right but then became unresponsive to my emails.I'm extremely disappointed in choosing this company and the saying is true, you live and you learn. This was our first time replacing an HVAC system and in hindsight, we were not as diligent as we should have been as the customer because we didn't comb slowly through to notice Gary was leaving out a large piece on his quote. The facts still remain that they never had our best interest in mind and while I regret not being more educated on the differences in estimates we were given, we trusted them based on a referral from a close friend. I wanted to believe each company was reputable to do a good job from the beginning, foolish of me. Don't expect integrity from Expert Air.

Expert air is a outstanding business! Originally was looking at a Rheem/Rudd system. Owner Gary walked through different options and guided me to purchasing a Bosch 3 ton Heat Pump for the same price, at an exponentially better product. He is an energetic, knowledgeable business owner that takes pride in the service his company provides without price gouging (refreshing change from several other companies i looked at). His price was about $3800 cheaper from big competitors and the install was extremely well done. Shows up on time and follows up. The Company clearly treats their employees well as they have all worked 10-15 yrs +, and don't cut corners. Would 10000% recommend this company to anyone upgrading/improving their current HVAC system

Expert Air had Master Mechanic Jeff Myers install the Heat Pump at our new house. Jeff and his team were detail oriented and as concerned about the final product as I am. I would hire Jeff and his team in the future if the need arises.
