Questions were asked to assess the situation to ensure the correct specialist was sent out.On the day of service the dispatch office called to let us know the morning of service who would be coming to the house. An email was sent with a picture of the person and some background information about them. Mr. Robert Zepeda was the assigned plumbing technician. He called prior to arrival and arrived within the estimated time frame. He was courteous, personable, professional, respectful and ready to work. Mr. Robert was extremely diligent and didn't rush through the appointment.He provided a detailed analysis of our situation as well as options with up front pricing. Ultimately a cut was made into the ceiling, the leak was found and Mr. Robert repaired it immediately.Overall my husband and I are beyond pleased and would use Village Plumbing, Air & Electric again. Ask for Robert Zepeda if you're having a plumbing issue, he's great and deserves more than 5 stars.

Joel Shutt did an amazing job walking us through all of the steps to replace our AC unit and explaining the process. He was super helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend Village Plumbing, Air, and Electric!!

Just had Village take out two old individual HVAC units from a small townhome (two outside and two in the attic) and replace them with a Daikin Variable Speed Multi-zone system. All new duct work and a few new supplies/returns for better efficiency. Henry, who I met with the week prior for a consultation was great at explaining the whole process and what all would work the best. The workers were fantastic with the install. Very happy with how it turned out.

Vernon Harris came out to repair a small leak on my shower/tub. Went from a cartridge change to a valve assembly change which I expected. It was still leaking after the cartridge change. Vernon delivered quality work paying attention to details to everything including the trim and keeping me up to date on progress. The experience and quality is worth it. He even pointed out one trim piece he installed was nickel, not chrome, that he installed by accident and would change it out. Love the integrity and honesty in that.
