I’ve been looking for an AC company for a while when I contacted Underwood AC. Glad I did. Today their tech Mara came to do the job. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and what she was finding. She was very thorough. Not pushy at all. She was very pleasant to deal with also.Definitely recommend.

We lost the AC over the weekend. Called on Sunday, they had someone out on Monday who determined we had a freon leak. We were quoted an option for repairs vs 3 replacement options. They were back on Friday to replace the system. Very clean and organized. Explained everything they did. This is our 3rd system being replaced by Underwood. (The 3 original units were 18 years old). Very happy with the service, professionalism and customer care. Cant go wrong selecting Underwood.

He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue in under 30 minutes. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond to get me the best possible price.From the time I made the call to having my AC fully fixed took less than 3 hours.
