But was I ever surprised. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more polite. The repairman called as promised when he was on his way, and was exceptionally educated in finding and fixing the problem with my washer. He even noticed the top of my Maytag dryer was not fastened down as it should have been when delivered, and he took it apart and fixed it also. I was very happy with this young man's knowledge of his job and his determination to leave a happy customer. And yes, I highly recommend Tutor Appliance.

The amount of money spent at the laundry mat we could have just bought a new one. They have lied about calling & leaving voicemail, missed appointments & just overall some of the rudest people we have spoke to. Especially the woman covering the phone calls. She will absolutely lie to get you off her phone. She definitely doesn't want to do any work. She has basically hung up on us because it was clock out time during our phone call. If you're smart you'll make sure you never have to do business with these people.

It took them weeks to even come out and look at my dishwasher and then reported that they were gonna get with whirlpool cause it was covered under the warranty and get back over here. It started December 25 and it’s April 15 and I still have no dishwasher. Please do not expect whirlpool or Tutor to help you.Oh, and Tutor would not even come to my house unless I told them I had another appliance needed ti be fixed, to pay for them to come to my house so $160 for a house call on a free warranty product and then they didn’t even fix the washing machine that was out of balance or the dishwasher that is under warranty from whirlpool. I hope you guys have better luck than I do
