We had an excellent experience with both Gavin and William. Gavin came out first and quickly diagnosed the issues with our HVAC system. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, which we really appreciated.Later, William came out to calibrate our Ecobee thermostats and talk through some of our ongoing concerns. I cannot begin to express how amazing everyone at Thayer was during this whole experience. I called to get help limping my AC system through the summer until we could afford a replacement and what I thought was a sales pitch quickly turned into a company that obviously cares doing everything they could to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. They helped with everything from price to financing, and at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday after everything was hashed out, the owner's father even dropped us off some window units to keep the house cool until they could come and do the install. Install was smooth and professional, and they took care of our second unit while they were there. Seriously, a huge thank you from my family to the Thayer's. I cannot recommend this company enough and I'll never call anyone else for any of my HVAC needs.

I’m a contractor and I had Thayer install a system for this customer over a year ago. The install was a mess, I’d need a page to explain all the reasons. I would never use them again based on just the install alone. I posted a negative review and I let the owner talk me in to removing it for a year of free service for the customer. Fast forward to last week, thermostat goes out. While the tech was here he discovers that one of the units is running emergency heat while the ac is running, it was simply wired wrong. This has cost my customer an enormous amount of money over the past year. What a colossal mistake on their part and on top of everything else is unbelievable. My customer did want me to say that the technician they finally sent was helpful and knowledgeable, but that’s the only good thing I can say about them. This system was over $30k and had been a headache for me since the day they started, go with someone else.
