We had these guys out 2 times within a week to correct a no cool. Neither time was the actual problem solved. We were told the drain line was clean and flowing but there were other issues that were not stated.We had to have a second AC company come out who sent photos of the drain pan which was clogged up with sludge. The new company corrected the issue and we have not had an issue since.Sunshine sent an invoice for their work which was not a solution to the problem. When I contacted them regarding the invoice they expected me to pay it. I commented on the situation. They removed $20 from their service. Again. I had to hire another contractor to correct the issue.

Thank you so much! My air is cold as ice now! I wouldn’t have survived without you in this Florida heat. Everyone was very kind and thorough. Will be recommending to friends and using this company for my air again in the future!

We highly recommend Sunshine Air! When we had our roof replaced because of Hurricane Ian, the roofers covered our unit with a tarp, causing it to burn out. We also lost power so no AC or power for 2 1/2 days. We called Sunshine Air and they did not want us to be without our AC so the owner himself, Travis, came out right away and was able to get it working for us. We later had them come and do the normal maintenance and they were able to determine the cause of our leak and took care of everything for us for an incredibly reasonable price. Very kind, courteous, caring, professional, prompt friendly service. We are incredibly pleased with them and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Let them in and left for work. Ac is blowing great now but as a tradesperson myself doing the job right is the minimum standard you should hold yourself too. Cleaning up after yourself should also be on the list. They left a shirt that had obviously been sweat through on our kitchen counter. I imagine whichever one it was used the kitchen sink to rinse off and cool down. I get it, I’ve done repipes in attics. It sucks and it’s hot and it’s summer but use the bathroom… and don’t leave your sweaty shirt on the kitchen counter. Also left trails of insulation through the master bedroom which while I mention it doesn’t bother me all that much. While I’m not the owner of the home and just the renter I still live here and it’s my home. AC works great now. They do good work shame they can’t clean up after themselves.

I can not speak highly enough about this company. They repaired the AC and only charged for labor and service call. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
