Save your money and go on to someone else...They came out said I had a leak, never looked for leak, charged system and left. 3 days later, I called them again. No response, texted them no response.. finally called someone else.. then they had called me back 3 weeks later asking for a check. I wrote a check to the service tech.. Not my problem after that! They said I need to write another check.. I get it.. the tech took a picture of check.. Screw this place
Jan 22, 2020 · Jerry HooperMy mothers a/c went out a week and a half ago. This company was contracted by the home warranty company to fix the a/c. Someone came out the first day and told my mother that the unit needed a new transformer and since it was an old unit the part would need to be ordered and they would let her know. This was on Saturday. My mother drove 2 hrs to stay with us because we were/are having a heat wave and she had no A/C. She tried contacting the company on Monday and there was no response. She finally got a hold of someone Tuesday who told her she knew nothing and would get back to her. On Thursday morning my mother gets a call that they had the part and the technician would be by to fix the A/C that morning. My mother told them she was two hours away and could it wait until she got home. She gets home and the technician walks in the front door of her house unannounced and without knocking. Just walks right in. He proceeds to tell her that he does NOT have the part, that it had never been ordered and he does not know what is going on. It is now a week later and the a/c has still not been fixed. Calls have not been returned. No one seems to know anything! This is a completely terrible way to run a business! Go somewhere else. This company does not seem to care.
