I recently had Skelton come to my house and give me a quote of $1000 to replace a furnace draft motor. I checked the price of the replacement motor and it was $230. That means $770 to put it on?????? It’s 6 screws and two wires. Probably take 15 minutes or less to put on. The reason the tech said it was so expensive is that he has to drive to Bham to get the motor. Did I also mention I paid them $10,000 last summer to replace another unit upstairs. Talking about taking care of your return customers.
