★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Would NOT recommend. Installed expensive variable units outside, but 2-speed inside (and they installed the 2-speeds as just single speed lol.) SUPER noisy in the bedroom—like over 60db. Wakes you up all night. Constant humidity issues from the ERVs they installed (and the non-functioning bathroom fans they hooked to the ERVs.) Stay far away from these guys.

Aug 09, 2025 · John BarnettWe have had trouble with the dryer in our new Townhouse. Yesterday Christian came to address my dryer vent issues. Christian was very polite, conscientious and thorough and listened to my complaints. He took time to investigate all areas of the venting system until he isolated every facet of the problem. My wife was impressed and extremely happy with the quality of service Christian and Romanoff provided. Thank you.

Feb 06, 2025 · Dennis PedersenThey installed two units in our new home in December of 2019. In summer of 2020, we had them out to fix the upstairs unit that quit working. They were responsive, quick, and friendly. They added freon and said due to winter installation, it just needed to be adjusted, and there was no charge. In May of 2021, the same unit quit working again. When we called, we were told he couldn't come until the next day, and it would be $125 plus cost of parts needed in order to get it checked and fixed. I reminded him it was 18 months old, and he reminded me they only have a 1 year labor warranty. We called someone else we trust to come fix it. He discovered that a part was initially installed incorrectly, and that the compressor had quit working. He installed the replacement compressor which was covered under manufacturer's warranty but the labor and replacement freon was not.Our contractor emailed Green to see what we could do to make it right and received no response. Our unit essentially never ran correctly, but it cooled our home for one season before we paid to have it repaired.Update. We've had to pay to have our units repaired in some way 2 times a year since we moved in. Unacceptable.

Sep 13, 2023 · Carrie McCainThey are horrible. AC went out last summer on our new build and it was still under our 1 year warranty. Tech came out and was supposed to order the part. We waited a week and he forgot to order it. So a week later a new tech came out and the last tech ordered the wrong part. So now we had to wait another week. The supervisor came out the 3rd time and fixed it. Then we turned on our AC a few days ago and it went out again. Called a different company and the compressor went out b/c when they changed the valve last summer they let air into the system and didn't drain it which caused the compressor to break. The new HVAC company also said our sensor was dangling and not in the proper place and our electrical wires were in the wrong place as well.

Feb 26, 2023 · Andrea DavisI really loved that yesterday, after just two years since they installed a faulty HVAC system in my new home, they informed me they would no longer be working on it to call someone else that they were booked. I asked for a recommendation to fix it which they would not give. The unit had a severe issue when they installed it but they came out and it took them , and Lennox engineers days to fix it and get it running correctly. They said they spent more time and money correcting the issue than replacing it because they wanted to know what happened. They assured me that over the first 5 years they would monitor it and and make sure it operates properly because of the manufacturing parts warranty. I would only be responsible for labor after 2 years and that they guaranteed the unit was going to hold up. When I called yesterday I was simply told they would not be doing the work since the service warranty expired and I needed to call someone else. This was the first time I’ve called them about it since.
