★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wish I had checked Google Reviews before dealing with this so called company. My husband and I try to use small businesses whenever possible and wish we hadn't supported this one. We purchased the home we live in now in 2022 and within a week of buying it, the central air went out. It was midsummer, extremely hot and humid, we were very tight on money since having just purchased the home and moved. I'd had one company come out and give an estimate and the husband was trying to find if we could get anything any cheaper because the $8,000 quote I had received would finish emptying out our savings. We ended up going with Riverbank sadly.Everything went fine at first, guys were nice (the owner was actually one of our installers) and it got done. He gave me none of the paperwork for the registration, claiming he'd do it at the end of the time limit to give an extra 60 days warranty... he didn't register it according to the warranty lookup with the unit. Yep, I'm an idiot that's too trusting. We have a metal "cover" that goes over the ductwork as it comes from the unit to under the house. Within a week, the sealant they used to adhere that metal cover to the brick (besides the 2 screws that are in the corners) the metal pulled away. I called and he said they'd come out and reseal it at some point that week. Never saw him again nor could we get a return call. We even used different numbers to call from and it appears that he now screens ALL calls by letting them go to voicemail. If you are an existing customer, you're screwed. I imagine the only return calls he makes are to possible new customers that he can screw with.Company is trash.

Jan 05, 2025 · Country_ KatVery attentive and responsive in gaining the sale, install and down payment. Once money was paid the delay excuses piled up and the attentiveness turned off like a light switch. Several install date changes and delays even after all equipment was received prior to install. Job completed without heat working because of missing a tool. Many more delay excuses in completing the job. Huge gap left under duct entry under house. Notified immediately and advised of a now urgent rodent problem through gap that was left. Waited 1 month, contacted again. Said he would be by that week. 2 weeks later still no show. Was as patient as I could be. Text messages littered with unprofessional excuses and false expectations. Super nice guy that is unable to meet expectations as given to the customer.
