These people take advantage of the elderly. My disabled mother bought a brand new unit for over $4,000 and it has been 1 month and still nothing! She has NO HEAT and the thermostat doesn’t work. They have been called numerous times and they lie and say they will be out, that is if you can get them to answer the phone. I would never recommend them. Now she will have to pay to get it working from a reliable company. This company is a disgrace!!!

This company installed my heating unit about 4 years ago. They did a cheap job and it was having problems within a year. We called them to come look at it and fix the issue, the guy said he would come out but never showed up. Then he started ignoring our phone calls. This "company" is a joke and do not waste your time or money.

This guy installed my mothers heating and air unit about 21/2 months ago, it does not work. Her house is 90plus degree’s because she has no air!!!! She has called and texted him multiple times and he will not respond back!!! This is how he treats the elderly/retired community!!! If a 0 star was an option that’s what he would get, not even a 1 star! I cannot stress enough DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!

This guy installed my mothers heating and air unit about 21/2 months ago, it does not work. Her house is 90plus degree’s because she has no air!!!! Never use this guy- Jim installed new Oxbox Trane A/C Heat unit into my Mothers house many things hooked up wrong which cause flooding out of bottom of unit, bacteria backup in lines , water leaking inside unit. Jim told my mother in correct information to care for unit, she called him eight separate time to come look at unit , no response what so ever. So I tried calling several times no response. Had to hire another Trane repair man to come and fix this brand new unit And had to pay him to fix correctly, new repair man said it was a mess , couldn’t believe it . I asked new repair man what he would charge to put in same unit said under $4500 , my mother was charged $7000 completely ripped off, He lied on receipt giving 10 year warranty on parts and Labor. I would never recommend using Jim Reagan Heat and Air. My mother is 86 years old so preying on old people is what he does. Sad though see people do business this way . I am reporting him to Better Business Bureau.

We hired this company to replace our ac units. The money we paid for units, he spent the money & did not have money to buy our units. He kept asking for more money to complete the job. He will not return any of our messages & phone calls.
