We had an outstanding experience with our Generac installation. Chris Gallagher led the team of four throughout the day. They built a very solid 3 foot platform for the unit to sit on, ran the wiring from the meter to the unit as well as new 4 wire to our breaker panel. Finally, they hooked up the natural gas line and demonstrated how the transfer operates. John, Kevin, and Shawn (Sean?) all worked diligently throughout the day and were very amiable and informative about their processes. We highly recommend Proffered Home Services as Tara Hawkins and the office staff all provided top notch customer service.

We recently had an issue with our propane tank and gas line—it’s tough to know who to call when something like that happens. Thankfully, we called Preferred Home Services, and they sent help fast. Jacob Carlton came to the rescue and absolutely exceeded expectations.He worked non-stop through the Charleston heat, digging, repairing, and correcting previous workmanship without missing a beat. His work ethic is outstanding, and his communication is just as impressive. You can tell he really has a passion for what he does - I really think he would just go around and fix people’s plumbing for free if he could. He replaced a pedestal sink for us with a new cabinet sink and he did a beautiful job! The quote and work were all completed in just a couple of hours. We are so pleased with the results. He asked what was going on with the plumbing soI explained the issue we are experiencing with the plumbing andhow I was informed of it.
