May 03, 2014 · Allison MiddaughI have to start by saying that I have a newborn baby in the house and they did not show any urgency or any care. They have been to my house 4 times in the last month and can not fix the problem. My landlord called them on July first to set an appointment their first appointment was July 5th they told him it was because the unit wasn’t cooling the house because there was 4 people in the house and that it was 95 degrees out the unit wasn’t supposed to go under 77.degres which is not true because we didn’t have this problem last year! The 5th comes and no technician showed up I started calling when it was getting later in the evening. Left them 3 messages to call me that there was supposed to be a tech out today. Cedric the technician finally responded to my landlord that they tried to call me and he couldn’t get ahold of my wife or me I called and left a message and Gina finally called me back . I asked her what number she called and it took her awhile to find my number even tho she just called me at that number. I asked her why she didn’t reach out to my landlord she had no response. She said she had to check with tech why hedidn’t respond to my landlords calls. This is common sense it was 86 in my house my wife had to leave and drive around with our newborn because the house was too hot. She did not care and finally to send a tech out after being on the phone for 15 min. I asked why she didn’t call me back before 840 at night that I had been calling all afternoon and she magically didn’t get those messages. If you care about your loved one please don’t use this company I have never seen such bad customer service in my life
