So unfortunately my last review was met with gaslighting. I do feel it's important to take ownership of your staff and business. Allow me to post photos of the work I have completed after he has left. I have rerouted the line essentially fixing the clog that was not even in the location he quoted me. I resealed the panel closed. I also got a good pic of the inside of my unit where he warned me of deadly built up dander and debris that was putting hard stress on the unit. Please see attached the minimal build up. THIS IS NOT THE PIC HE SHOWED. One Hour, it is not about cost it is the fact that you LIED to my face and then I had to crawl back into my attic to prove YOUR clients I was telling the truth. You have good reviews but telling the truth would have had you back in my home to fix all the listed issues you provided. I was concerned about the clog and apparently telling your technician not right now wasn't in his vocab. He was very sweet but lying isn't the way to my heart. Instead, I got to YouTube and fixed it myself while you gaslight me on my reviews.

The tech who came to our home is an outstanding young man. The best service I’ve ever experienced from any home related repair person. Very friendly and honest. He took the time to explain our AC drainage issue and exactly what the process would be to fix it. He even asked us one last time before we signed the estimate if we were sure we didn’t want to put the money we were spending on repairs towards a new system. He was very genuine and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Our system is 15 years old outside and even older in the attic, so suggesting a new system was very understandable ….but it still works fine so for now we are letting it run.When the time comes we will use this company to install our new system.

The customer service is 100 percent amazing!! I am so happy with our decision to use this company. Eric came out today to make sure everything was working smoothly. Not only did he take his time but he also explained everything without leaving any details and suggestions out. He also called my husband and explained everything he explained to me so that we were both on the same page.
