Niceley's does quality work and are a local, small business so I am happy to call them for jobs I need done. Donnie made two visits and was very friendly and professional. Only downside is cost. I appreciate there needs to be an initial visit cost but a 15 minute visit shouldn't cost $90 and if it does, how about you credit some/all of it back if I agree to have work done. Almost $300 bill to replace a plastic bracket on a fridge and a total of less than 30 minutes of work. Seems a bit steep.

I was able to get a service appointment quickly and then contacted for a repair person to come even sooner. He was very professional and up front about the service call. He checked the dishwasher and let me know the issue, what he was going to tell the office and when I would be contacted with a parts and labor cost. A very good experience that didn't leave me with questions and confusion.

Jordan was prompt, polite and thorough. He was understanding and patient while I emptied things out of my refrigerator (I somehow missed the message about that😬)It seemed to be working fine and he couldn’t find an apparent problem. Sadly, the items in the freezer are melting again, so I’ll be calling tomorrow to have someone come back out. He was very thorough and I appreciated him not ordering and charging me for random parts when it seemed to be okay.

Warning that this company has horrible customer service. There were multiple attempts to communicate and I was told at least three times that someone would call me back to resolve my issue and I waited for a week and a half and never got a call back.We hired them to fix our icemaker that was not producing ice. We ordered the part ourselves and then called and ask them to come back after we were unable to fix ourselves. They told us that they could not use the part we ordered because it was not under warranty which was completely understandable. They agreed to come back out and do the repair with a new part that was ordered and would be warranted. It was discussed they would be using their part instead of ours that was previously purchased. The technician that came out used our previously purchased part, even though that was not what was discussed. He flat out told my husband, " I've never seen this actually fix this icemaker" but continued to do the repair with the wrong part and charge us the fee. Did not discuss with my husband . Guess what, icemaker never produced ice! Just like the so called "repairman" said! Truly cannot understand why you would continue to do a repair, knowing that it wasn't going to actually resolve the issue. Called and asked them to come back out and they refused to come out with charging us another diagnostic fee because the work wasn't "warrantied" because they used the wrong part! At this point we've paid upwards of $300 for no fix. Such poor communication within the company regarding what they were supposed to do for their customer. When you call this company, there's plenty of finger pointing, but no real resolution or ownership that the way they are communicating and the way they are handling their business is not ideal.
