Pros: quick response and turnaround, friendly secretaryCons: sloppy install, did everything within their power to not install as requested, high cost for quality.My girlfriend called them to replace a pipe that needed moved. We had asked them to run it straight down between the trusses until it reached about halfway through our basement then reconnect with the system. This is in preparing for another massive project. They used a flexible tube material and instead of running it as we had asked he brought it out about 1 foot and a half from the wall. I had to call and try to explain to the secretary what we had asked for and what they had done. She had the guy call me back and explain to him what we were wanting. During the conversation, I explained that we wanted it to be ran down inside the pocket of the support beams and brought back in line. He dodged around that saying that this had worked for other people and that he was trying to"understand the limit ". I told him they needed a least 3 foot of clearance. He took that and ran. "Yea I can bring it back 3 feet." I said again that we want it between the beams. He said alright and that he would go back. When I went and saw the redone work, it was simply sloppy. He had just renailed the Hangers back and due to the way he had done so, made a large loop in the gas line. It shows to me a lack of personal pride in the work. It took them about an hour and they charged 350 dollars. I doubt there was more than 50 dollars worth of material, so between two men they were paid 150 an hour each. Mastercraft pay for apprentice level work. Had they just done as we had asked originally, it wouldn't have taken any additional time and they would not had to come back.Now, when I inevitably come back to finish the rest of the work, the section they had done will need fixed again.

There's nothing I can say bad about this company. I actually called them because another company left me hanging without hot water. I called them and within an hour/ hour and a half they were at my residence. The tech thought it was one problem and I thought it was another. So he actually listened to Mr and changed what I thought was going to be a cheap fix but eventually I ended up having to replace my whole hot water heater. From the time they discovered what was wrong to the time of switch out I think was very prompt. I will be using their services from now on. They gained another customer.
