Desean was absolutley amazing with walking me through how to take better care of the air unit. Learned so much and if any problems happen again in the future ill be calling!!!He even showed and explained all the tests he did to show what was wrong and why. 10/10 service

My A/C was not cooling yesterday and this company came out to see what was going on with it. The tech was awesome and worked on it for hours to try and fix the problem. They found out that my unit was a rare one and had a part on it that needed to be replaced but to replace it I would need a whole new evaporator coil. That coil would take several days to come in and the damage my unit suffered it would work but not like a new one would. They gave me the option to fix or replace the whole unit. I went with a new unit for the warranty! They were able to come the same day and do the replacement. The replacement team was so nice and came out after 4pm to do the job. They were here till 11pm at night to make sure I had A/C! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs anything they offer! I will definitely use them again if I ever need there services again!
