I never take the time to write reviews but these guys are so nice and reasonable in their rates that I had to take the time to share that with others. Our A/C unit went out yesterday and it was 96 degrees outside. Even though they had many customers to service they took the time to get to our house and repair our air conditioner at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them as being trustworthy and honest. Thank you Mr. Lamb for getting our a/c unit working again. I am very thankful!

Example we were told $900.00 to replace our ac motor by a larger company and Lambs charged $205 for parts and labor and service call. I highly recommend this company. Will be a repeat customer for years to come.

Mar 04, 2022 · Wayne LeeOn 8/19/2016 our A/C unit went out. We called lamb's heating and Air Conditioning to see if they could come service this for us. I called on a Friday morning at roughly 8am specifically to catch them and see if they would be able to come out on that day, if not I would have to find somebody else.The owner of the business ensured me that they would have someone out THAT DAY. He said it would be middle afternoon to early evening before someone could get out here, which was totally fine. At about 4pm, I had called for an update but received the voicemail. About 2 hours had gone by and I called again, this time I talked to the owner of the business who came off as having an attitude, he stated he had left me an email that someone was finishing a job and would be out here. OKAY!!! Again, I accepted this and cancelled my evening plans.No one showed up...... At roughly 9pm I get a phone call from their tech. He states that he was just finishing a job and would come out and look at our A/C unit. I stated to him that it was late and we had children that were sleeping and asked if he could come the next morning (Saturday). He stated that if that was the case we would be charged a weekend fee, or our other option would be for them to come out on Monday.This is where I should have hit the eject button and found somewhere else. NOPE!! Instead I said come on out, the unit is near the door and disturbance to the kids wouldn't be an issue. The service tech DID NOT get to our house until after 11pm. He was very rude and clearly exhausted from a long day ( I understand that part). He looked at our inside unit and then went outside. He came back in less than 5 minutes later and said it was a compressor that was rusted and he could not do anything until Monday at the earliest because he had to order the part.He then proceeded to tell me I would need to pay him $45.00 for this visit. I stated it was 5 minutes of work and he did not do anything. He stated that he could easily charge me $100. HE WAS VERY RUDE. I stated again that I did not feel I should have to pay for anything and I would like to speak with the owner of the company. He then stormed out of my house and I did not hear anything.Until Today.....I got an Invoice from them for $45.00 that says I owe them this amount for a service call in which I refused them to fix. This is by far not how this happened.....Beware of this company.
