So glad I called Lake Norman Plumbing! Came home from vacation to a leaking water heater flooding my garage. Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!). He offered fair, competitive pricing on each option, and multiple payment options as well. Next day his team came out, installed the new water heater and removed the old one. Easy easy. The install team were just as nice, efficient, and informative as Steve was. They made me feel well cared for. My hot water tank needed to be replaced. Steve was incredibly responsive, quickly getting me a quote and arranging the installation on the same day. His team was very professional and did a thorough, quality job including clean up and removal of the old hot water heater. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

We were having issues with our Hot water tank delivering enough hot water to the rest of our house. When I called , Steve answered the phone himself and was giving me a quote for our issue with in a day. Steve was able to replace our Hot water heater with a Rinnai tankless hot water system( not an easy task based on where our old electric hot water tank was located in relation to our propane tank) Best decision ever especially with 3 kids. He was here the next day and his guys were in and out in 5hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up and left no mess. Steve called later that night to make sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbing and will use them in the future!

I initially called at 4:30 PM with my hot water heater leaking water all over my garage floor. When i first called it went to voicemail. After a second call a few minutes later, i got the owner on the phone. He immediately referred me to the website to fill out a service request. This was pretty painless, and only took a few minutes to fill out.After an hour, i got a call saying that the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Zach) and his helper arrived and made quick work of the hot water heater replacement. Attached to my review you will see an example of their work.The customer service, quality of work, and parts chosen by Lake Norman Plumbing were all great. My biggest issue is with the cost. After calling around to get additional pricing for other companies (required by my home warranty) it became very apparent that i was extremely over charged. Almost every other company that gave me a quote came back at $800-1300. They charged me $1752. They also pass on a 4% charge to the customer if you elect to use a credit card.

I had a water service leak, gallons of water pouring out. It was not serviceable through Aqua NC. All they could do was turn off my water. I needed a plumber. I’m so glad I found Lake Norman Plumbing. Steve, the owner assured me it would get fixed today. They arrived within a few hours of my phone call. Thomas and Coby did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
