I had an issue with my A/C unit today and Allen came out within about 30 minutes, diagnosed, and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew his stuff. We had a nasty smell while trying to heat the house during the recent blizzard. They were able to get a technician to come out within an hour of calling. Alan smelled what we were talking about and evaluated our system. He came up with a plan to solve the problem, told us the cost (which was very reasonable) and completed the job quickly. Key staff was very prompt and courteous in returning my late night email message about AC problem. Our technician, Gabriel, was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, personable and thorough. We'll definitely continue to call on Key for any heating/AC issues.
