Let me first say Island Breeze has always been a great company and very reputable. We were told that one unit of our units was unrepairable and the other was about to go. This was from two other companies. Thankfully we got a second opinion because with you and Chad has been at our home before and fixed both units that we were told needed to be replaced at a cost of over sixteen thousand dollars eight thousand for each unit. I just want to let anyone out there in need of HVAC services that Island Breeze is a very reputable company with awesome customer service and their technician's are amazing. Dana, who took my appointment, is excellent and so prompt. She emailed me back so quickly and when I called was so friendly and understanding. Joseph L came to our sight. He not only checked the unit but went in the crawl space to check as well. We have always used them for our air conditioning unit. We highly recommend them.

We just moved to the area so, this is our first experience with Island Breeze HVAC and it was excellent! Their office staff kept me abreast of schedule changes relative to when to expect the technician to arrive. When Brian arrived, immediately I could tell he is a gentlemen who listens to the client's concerns and the events leading up to why he was called for service. His professionalism and skill was immediately on display as I watched him work. He was very careful to ensure that all the necessary diagnostic checks were taken before making a diagnosis and then moving to correct the problem. I am very impressed with his work and his company! While we are not interested in having any further problems with our A/C system, we will certainly call Island Breeze HVAC if we do!

I initially hired them as they were sent to me from a home warranty company. Another company told me I needed a whole new system, whereas Island Breeze repaired my existing AC unit. I then continued to use Island Breeze for my annual maintenance, and after 23 years I replaced the old AC unit and used them for the install. They do a nice job are prices are reasonable. I have no reason to change to another company, so I continue to use Island Breeze
