Our technician, Carson, was courteous and professional. He arrived exactly on time.and was very knowledgeable; he quickly diagnosed our issue (much less expensive than I originally thought it might be). Overall it was a great experience (well, as great as having AC issues in a Texas summer can be).

My AC was 25 years old and barely functioning, not really cooling at all. I was researching for months, even the past couple years, trying to find a company that would work with my finances. The big companies weren't flexible with their finance options. I came across The Chill Brothers about a week ago and decided to give it a try to see. They scheduled the appointment with Matt to do the consultation. He already knew of the situation so we just cut to the chase. He knew of a potential finance company, submitted the request and I was approved! After all the years of being turned down it was exciting! I was going to get a new AC. After the financing was secured, we got the install scheduled with HVAC Express Contracting. John, the manager, reached out and was very helpful letting me know when they would be showing up. The entire team went above and beyond to help ease my mind when it came to the system cooling the house. Even today when I reached out to John days later he was responsive and helpful! THE BEST EVER!!!! We had been having issues with our heating system for years and had been told by another HVAC company that our units would need to be replaced. HVAC Express was recommended to us and they came out the same day I called! Not only that, but they did some troubleshooting and let us know that the units did not need to be replaced! They got our units working again just in time for the freeze coming this evening.
