The Mike Jr is very well trained in providing excellent customer service and I’ve always been able to depend on them. Mike did a great job meeting with my builder when we were in the process of starting our home. In particular I’d like to thank and recognize one of their Service Techs, Jose. He was part of all the install as well. He did a great job explaining things to me, answering all the questions. I feel we are in good hands with Hay’s heating and air. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
