Thank you for working me in for Monday.Service tech on time as promised. And was quick to find the problem. Charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Harry's Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm very satisfied.

Mr Harry was very professional and helpful! Great service!!! We had a different company come out to fix a part. They charged us close to five hundred dollars! And wanted to stress to us how we “urgently” needed a new AC unit. Within two months the AC was broken again!!!! Call Harry’s he came and told us that the motor was put on the backwards which blew the compressor (hopeful I’m explaining all this right). Mr Harry fixed it quick and didn’t even charge us for the part. Now I would like to believe that other company made an honest mistake with putting everything back together but the way he was trying to push a new AC unit, just has me feeling a little funny about them.Nevertheless, Mr Harry will always be our first choice henceforth!!

I have been in my home since 1975, and over the years Harry has been called when it was either too hot or too cold. He has always responded in a very timely manner and resolved the issues with the air conditioner/heater. Since my husband passed, it has been a comfort to know that I could continue to count on him. Although I have never heard Harry boast or toot his own horn, I am aware that he has done many things to help people. He has a good heart, and he does an excellent job. I appreciate Harry and his crew.

update - I gave Gavin a check made out (initially) to Harry's Heating and Air, after a few minutes in the company van he knocked on the door and asked me to make another but to leave it blank because Harry has some machine that writes his company name on the checks. Being a computer except it did hit me as odd, never heard of that tech before, but I did it anyway. Long story short - About a week later I get a call from the owner and he asked if I had pain the invoice, which of course I did, he asked if I could send him a copy, which I did. On the check Gavin (employee) had written his name and cashed the check himself. As the check never made it to Harry it was never applied to the invoice. Harry (or whoever I talked to) confirmed I was overcharged and that he was also a "victim" and he would make it right. It has been months now and no word from Harry or a check for the bogus part of the bill, which was a service charge PLUS the AC cleaning - I should have only been charged for the cleaning because that's what I called about - no service call first! I will NEVER use Harry's again and I don't trust that he can properly vet his employees and that my personal information is safe with him or the people he hires.original review - "very happy with the cleaning and service Gavin and his partner did for me. they pulled the inside coil and cleaned it, reinstalled and just overall did a great job. much better than previous ac guys."
