SIMPLY THE BEST!! 👏👏👏 Our AC compressor stopped working on June 23rd, 2024. We had a very hot house and very warm fussy baby! Harris Air Services were able to prioritize our call and had an excellent tech (Jose G.) dispatched WITHIN AN HOUR!! Jose was very respectful of our home and very honest about the issue -- we had popped the compressor capacitor.Instead of recommending a costly replacement or just replacing the capacitor (which was likely to fail again, now that it's failed once), he recommended their electrical rebuild kit, which also replaces the electrical contact / control module, and includes a hard start kit (a secondary capacitor to lighten the initial electrical load). This was the ideal solution!Their services are already VERY competitive and affordable (diagnostic fee was quoted at just $89, and waived with a repair purchase), but they also offer an annual membership program that includes TWO A/C system maintenance visits per year -- to keep the system running at peak efficiency with maximum life -- along with exclusive discounts for any repairs that do come up. The membership is normally $189 the first year and $165 per year after, but bundling it with the compressor electrical rebuild kit increased the total just $30, making it a really great deal!Jose and Harris Air Services had us cooling again in about an hour after arrival, and even went above and beyond to check the whole system, top to bottom, and clean the compressor. Can't thank them enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Harris Air Services exceeded my expectations. My HVAC system went out in the middle of the night and I was able to give them a call the next morning and have someone at my house within a few hours. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was always clear communication. I needed a little extra time for a heads up when the technicians would be arriving each day and they were able to accommodate me without hesitation. Thomas came and diagnosed my issue fairly quickly. He then explained clearly and thoroughly all of my options and I was able to set up an appointment to have it replaced the next day. Tyler and Colin came out and did an exceptional job replacing my unit. They were courteous and professional and took their time explaining things that I did not understand. I would recommend them for HVAC needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Harris Air Services. We called on a Saturday with warm air blowing in the AC, and had no idea if we could get it repaired over the weekend. I spoke with the owner- who was very helpful and friendly. Austin was our technician and was onsite within a few hours, actually earlier than promised. Austin was great- very knowledgeable, very helpful, and he diagnosed the issue within minutes. Repair was completed quickly , pricing was reasonable, and the AC is working again. We will use Harris for a few other maintenance items needed in the future. Highly recommend Harris Air, and Austin as an excellent technician.

I've been using Harris Air for 9 years since they installed two units for my house. Always been good for AC and heating unit services. Yesterday, Manny came by for annual AC service and to clean the blowers in both of my units. He sent pictures of things and kept me informed about when he was coming and the progress of work. I've recommended Harris Air to others.

I had an absolute amazing experience with Harris Air Services. I am a new home owner and entrusted my air conditioning maintenance to Harris Air and they did not disappoint. Manny showed up on time, was very thorough with the inspection, sent pictures and a video of his process. He explained everything, answered my questions and gave me recommendations that I could consider. I recommended my mom to use Harris Air for her maintenance. Manny was awesome and highly recommend Harris Air and Manny.
