We would call them constantly. We finally heard back from them this past week with them stating that our gone warranty company would not pay them for work they've completed on previous jobs including ours. They said the part we had to pay for was at their establishment but she or they were currently out of town and would send us our part when they get back in to town. I think these people are scam artists. I myself am going to look further in to their business for my own personal interest to try and help others from using them. If you personally know them and haven't ever had issues with them good for you. This was just our experience

In the beginning working with Cinch (the warranty company) was a nightmare and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Luckily, we got connected with Karen at General Aire and she was incredible. She got me directly in touch with someone at Cinch and she was able to get us a brand new unit. It has been in the mid 90s every day and absolutely miserable outside. None of this would be possible without her. She kept us updated every day and got us our unit quickly. I went online and read the reviews for General Aire and honestly I got nervous. I called Karen and told her why I was concerned but she assured me that they have been doing this a very long time and they would take care of us and they really did. It's unfair that most of the people who write reviews are usually trying to hurt a company so I wanted to make sure I left a good one. If you're out there and unsure I can vouch that this is a great company with great people who do fantastic work. General Aire has been a blessing and now we have AC in the hottest summer months. Thank you guys!

The home warranty company couldn't even get in contact with them.I told the home warranty company, America Home Sheild good luck, all your going to get is a message saying voice-mail is full, try again. Guess what? The agent starting laughing and said I was right she got the same message. I'm glad she was laughing because my ceiling started leaking from the AC and supposedly this ticket was supposed to be an expedited ticket.I left that horrible company to for having contracts like this with companies that can't even be decent enough to say, we can't make it. So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOR DO NOT USE AMERICAN HOME SHEILD. Next stop is BBB
