I scheduled an appointment a few days out- maybe a week- and they got my minivan promptly taken care of and aligned with no hassles and at a reasonable price. They gave me the chart/printout that showed where it needed aligning. Positive experience.

They said I needed new spark plugs and a ignition coil totalling almost 900 bucks, so I got those done. But the bumpy ride didn't go away! Turns out it was a blown head gasket ( a job they cant do on my car) I feel like they "missed" the real problem, took advantage of the situation and just did the easy thing to get what money they could out of me! Definitely wouldn't recommend them and if they want to contact me I will tell them to their face they have my number I dare you!Update: I appreciate you addressing my concerns, but I still feel there was a lack of transparency. When you say you 'didn't miss the real problem,' it implies you were aware of it. If that's the case, I wish you had been upfront about the limitations of the repairs you could perform. Instead, I feel I was charged for work that didn't address the core issue, and that feels dishonest. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your shop.

They called me to discuss what they found and how much it would be for repairs. After two hours, it was complete. I was very happy with the work, the professionalism and they got it in & out in a timely manner!!
Jul 16, 2025 · Katie WeberFirst off, I want to let it known that Travis is a very kind and nice person.Now with that being said I was not pleased at all with the service. I brought in my car to have the rear axle bearings replaced. I received a call letting me know it was much worse than thought. The bearings had come loose and destroyed the axle housing thus a new rear end was needed. I was able to get a used one to get installed and the labor quote went from $800.00 to 1200.00 in the matter of a hour of time. I then declined the repair and informed them I would be picking up the car. I arrived at the station and was charged $158.72 for a diagnostic service. I was so mad that I paid the fee to get out of the shop. I guess the days of the mechanic telling you what is wrong before they fix it now comes with a service charge. I just don't get it. If you are going to charge a customer for anything you need to let the customer know. And then charge for a service that does nothing is even worse.I'm going to start charging to come look at properties that need security cameras before the install. Oh wait I won't because that is wrong to ask the customer in this strained economy to take on more of the load. Now I get why they offer financing for car repairs that shouldn't cost that much in the first place.NOT HAPPY!!!
