My wife and I were on a road trip when our car's water pump blew in the middle of nowhere. We were towed to the Firestone on Rio Grande Street in Victoria, Texas, where Ben, the manager, greeted us. After explaining our travel plans to Ben, he immediately serviced our car and got us back on the road. I have to recognize the mechanic who worked on my car, Pete. The man who helped us, Josh (I think), was helpful and knowledgeable. He had a shoulder injury so was working the counter while he healed. Despite it not being his regular position, he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and was quick and efficient with the computer. He was very good about communicating with us and getting accurate quotes to us quickly. Plus he was friendly and professional. I believe he will go far in life, and deserves all good things that come to him. Also, the team that worked on our truck did a great job. They were quick and did a great job. Thank you all!!

This Firestone has always given me great and friendly service. I’ve used them many times. Most recently, I needed all new tires. I bought the insurance plan on them, which I’ve never done before. A week or so later I got a giant nail through my new tire. They replaced it with a smile and for a fee of about $18. It was a very pleasant experience!

Josh was very professional and took care of what I needed done, 4 stars… When I went back the lack of professionalism fail thru the cracks. The person that checked me out was pushy on what Josh had already went on with me what my truck may need in the future. But when I checked the new tires out the air was not correct in both and the installer left a lot of slim on both tires and rims. Very unprofessional and lack of pride!!!! See pics attached…..
