Wonderful people to deal with. My hot water heater busted last night. Because it didn’t have a cut off switch i had to shut off the water. I figured I’d be w/o water all weekend. I called first thing this morning and they were at my house by 1:00. It didn’t take them long before I had water again. They were just that good after hurricane Michael. My whole family uses them. I highly recommend them.

We were a customer of one of the larger HVAC services in town for over 25 years and noticed a dramatic downgrade in customer service after they changed to a prepaid subscription for maintenance services and started putting technicians on commission. We changed to Economy Air Conditioning after receiving a high recommendation for their services from a colleague. We were not disappointed. Their technician, who had all the proper equipment unlike the previous company, did a thorough checkup of our heat pump, and explained every step of the way. He did not once complain that we need a new heat pump, unlike the competitor who apparently has their technicians on a commission. We are very happy with changing our business to Economy and highly recommend them as well. Avoid prepaid HVAC maintenance plans and commissioned technicians to avoid seriously degraded levels of service and unecessary replacements of HVAC equipment.

I just wanted to leave my review because to many folks complain but never give kudos. Beverly was super sweet and attentive and the technician was top notch. They came right out to troubleshoot and once they located the issue, immediately got the part ordered and in. They were here exactly as promised and did an excellent job.

I used them when I was adding square footage to my home. If I could rate them a minus 100 I would. They have caused untold damage to my home and we continue to have problems. Yesterday, 11-18-2022, our commode upstairs (which they installed ) new part of house leaked again through to the room underneath. This is the second time I have had this done. Had to call Fire & Water Restoration again. The pipes are installed wrong and the waste stops up and causes all the damage. All of the outside light fixtures have to be taken down because they installed plastic boxes instead of metal boxes; plastic boxes have crumbled causing them to fall along with light fixture. The same inside. Almost every light fixture they installed has dropped out of ceiling. I could go on and on about their horrible work. If I can help just one person that reads this review then I will be happy. The emotional and physical pain it has caused my family is incomprehensible. Maybe Mr. Courier has hired better people than he had when he serviced our home; I sincerely hope so. Mr. Courier has not once called us or offered to fix anything and I doubt he ever will. I had a neighbor comment that he couldn't imagine someone doing this kind of work; the flooding we had (earlier post) and the electrical situation along with constant plumbing disasters is unforgiveable.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst. They use inferior products and have the worst attitude of any company I have ever dealt with. Almost every light fixture in my home has fallen, they cut out the holes larger than needed, then caulked to try and hide it. Every fixture outside my home has fallen due to plastic instead of metal used. All the electrical outlets are crooked, and most do not work. I have to hire someone to replace almost everything they touched. This work is 10 years old, but started immediately falling apart right after installation and continues to get worse. The light fixture in hallway has just come loose. As I've stated before I fully expect my home to burn down due to their inferior work. Every squeak and odd sound is excruciating because we never know when something tragic is going to happen. The plumbing has already caused a major disaster and we had to hire a fire water restoration twice. If you value your home, you better think twice about hiring Economy Heat & Air Condition!!! They do inferior work and use inferior products. They have electricians doing plumbing and plumbers doing electrical work and some are not licensed. Please beware!!!I would give them a -5 if I could. The owner says this was a remodel. Only partially. The brand new part of this construction and most of the floor footage was new. Your part of the construction was the worst plumbing and electrical I have ever seen. The older part of house was also re-done by your employees to change color of outlet from off white to white which meant re-doing the electrical outlets. I know of several families who have used you that say the same about you. A friend of mine said you crossed their wires to caused heat instead of cool air. The air conditioner was blowing heat in 95 degree weather. What a surprise to them when they arrived home!!!
