Last winter our heat went out and couldnt get it to work. We called e & m after business hours because we have 6 kids which at the time included a 2 month old newborn. We told them our heater was not working and would appreciate it if they could come out and look at it and possibly fix it. Of course they charged a emergency visit convenience fee, but told us if they fixed it, they would wave the fee. So we told them to come out. They came and in took it all apart and he hooked up a tool and immediately says your motherboard is out. We said ok. Do you have one to replace it. He said im not sure we will be right back let us run out to the truck to see if i have one, if not ill have to order it. They went outside and came back in, low and behild he only had 1 motherboard in his truck and it was the one for our 18 year old unit! He said well since you have 6 kids here and its cold , im a good person and we are good people and we will give you a deal and give you the motherboard at what we pay for them and not charge you andy extra. He said it will be $460 and then the emergency fee, which by the way was suppose to be waived since they did the work. At the end of it they got a $560 check. They praised how they was good people and acted like they was doing us a favor. They said if we had any problems he guarantees his work they would come out and look at it. They left and that was it. Well here we are not even a year later and our motherboard went out already. Heat wont work againWe called them and no answer. Left a vm. He called back. My husband asked him if he could come out to look at the motherboard that he installed not even a year ago and check it because it already went out. He claims now that nothing they install like that is guaranteed and stuff like that happens. My husband hung up on him. We get online to research motherboards and see if we can find something or what would cause a motherboard to go out less than a year after install. He typed in the model number on the motherboard that e and m installed and it is not no where near the right part. No motherboard, even on the actual maker of the furnace website was a motherboard that looked like or crossed over to ours that looked like the one they installed. Not only is it the wrong board because he brought whatever he had in his truck and took us for a ride, motherboards only cost $98 to buy brand new, even on the furnace brand official website. He claims he purchases them for almost $500 and was giving us a deal. LoL brand new for us to buy is only $98, so for him being a dealer probably only gets charged half that price. They completely took advantage of us with the family we have in the situation we was in because they seen a family with 6 kids , 1 being a newborn, and 1 income. And now that we are out again he can't help us. Lol you want to know why he can't help us. It's because my husband looked up the part and model numbers to the motherboard he installed and they are not even made anymore, but they sell used ones on ebay for $75 and $45. You can't buy them new and only used. So, this is how they do business I guess buying used parts for next to nothing on ebay and then selling them to you and up charging them $400. Can only tell how old this used motherboard was when he installed it in ours being used on ebay. It didn't last a year and already went out when they are suppose to last between 5 and 15 years. National average is 10 to 15 years. I Have no clue how these crooks are in business. They act like they know what they are doing and then come in claiming they are good church people. Then come in and take complete advantage of you. My husband called 3 other heating and cooling places and explained to them what happened and as soon as they asked who did the work and we told them E & M, theysaid don't ever call those people for anything.I didn't realize a holy person would make threats to people. I wanted nothing free! I hope everyone sees your response and realizes that your God front is fake and a lie just like the shawty work you do.

Called many HVAC companies and either no one returned my call or couldn't come for weeks. Had an emergency that the AC had to be disconnected ASAP. Called Erin and he came the same day. When ready for AC to be reconnected, we left a message and was pleasantly surprised how fast Erin responded to come and reconnect. While here he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable teaching us maintenance and little tricks to keep it running smoothly. Very happy with his service and will use him again. Highly recommend him and his assistant

E & M Heating & Cooling installed a new air conditioning system in our home. They were professional and gave very detailed information to help us make the right purchase. Erin took the time to answer all of our additional questions via phone call and text. I had to change the date of install and Erin was able to reorganize with absolutely no problem and even stored our equipment for us! The job site was left spotless. This company goes the extra mile and we will be using them for all future heating and cooling needs.

I would recommend this company to anybody. They were very knowledgeable and got the job done quick. They explained everything to me so I could understand and it was very good priced even gave me a discount. They are the best around! I will be calling them again if I ever need anymore repairs for heating and cooling.
