★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had Myers come work on my unit four times. Each time they (very quickly) diagnosed the problem, swapped a part or told me to change the filters, and called it a day. Each time, I had to call them back. They finally recommended replacing the evaporator coil, which cost us $1,550 out of pocket even with our home warranty. We went ahead with it, only for the AC to continue to struggle to cool. Finally, we called another air service company with a strong reputation, and they came out and conducted a thorough inspection (they actually went into the attic to check duct work, something Myers never bothered with). They discovered that during the process of installing the evaporator coil, Myers overheated a component and damaged the unit. The repair will cost us just over $1,300.I'm not contacting Myers directly about this because I know they'll want to come out and repair their mistake, but at this point I don't trust them and don't want them touching anything. They've had four opportunities to fix this unit and we're actually worse than when we started. If Myers will refund me the $1,550 I will take this review down.We went with Myers because our home warranty chose them. Now I'm wishing we'd paid out of pocket and gone with a more reputable company from the start. I recommend you steer clear of Myers—these guys are sloppy.

If she doesn’t like her job as much as she acts like maybe she should find a new job! Even threatened to push our appointment back when we were asking why our repair got pushed back 3 more days when we were told Thursday and she got disrespectful. We were respectful until we were talked to rudely after have been patient.we have a small child and have been without AC for going on a week. Talk to your customers with a little respect. If you are thinking of using this place, keep scrolling!!! I wish I could do 0 stars. If we weren’t going through home warranty and don’t have a choice we would’ve found somewhere else.
Jul 16, 2025 · Ryan GrahamDo not use Myers. They were contracted with AHS and I have had to call them out 2 years in a row for the same leaking AC problem. Only now after having another company this year look at it, I realize they were just “putting a bandaid on it” and not fixing the real issue. I do not feel that the service techs have the knowledge or expertise to adequately service an AC. Especially when I can research and figure out what is wrong better than they can as a “professional”.

I was told it would take 2 to 3 days...it's 10 days later, no update. called got no answer. called again 2 day later, was told I could be put on the schedule the next day.....This company need to work on providing an update status on the service request. Tech also left my power box on the side of the house wide open and the AC unit closet door in the inside open as well. wasn't very attentive to what he needed to do.

Installed the automatic shutoff valve in the wrong place caused the unit to overflow and run our wood floors. They sent out a repairman who came in cut the cutoff valve out and moved it to where it should be and took pictures. He wouldn’t answer any questions and said it wasn’t their problem…. They WOULD NOT PAY FOR OUR FLOOR EITHER!! Plus they gave us a 10 Year PART AND LABOR WARRANTY AND WOULD NOT HONOR!!
