Exceptional Service from E. Dennis!I want to share my outstanding experience with E. Dennis, particularly technician John Jordan. Last night, our home was shaken by a loud vibration, which we initially thought was an earthquake. However, we soon discovered the source: our attic-based AC unit.My wife and I quickly powered off the thermostat, stopping the vibration and noise. After researching online, I found the issue: the air filter had been installed upside down, causing it to get pulled into the blower.I contacted E. Dennis, impressed by their excellent star ratings. Despite calling around 9:30 pm, they promptly registered my issue and assured me a technician would arrive the next morning. We spent the night with open windows.The next day, John Jordan arrived on time, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and professionalism. He spent around 2 hours:- Removing the blower- Extracting the stuck filter- Cleaning the blower- Inspecting the entire AC systemJohn patiently answered all my questions, and I appreciated his transparency throughout the process.I'm thrilled with the service and plan to establish an annual maintenance contract with E. Michael was on time, he explained all options available, he didn't pressure are rush me nor did he make me feel I had to do it now. But with talking and walking me through, I am pleased with the price and excited to have my new detachable garage fitted with electric power. I can't wait, and I will update you after completion and will post some pictures. Ok, I updated the photos. Michael and his assistant Caleb worked through the weekend late, and on Sunday, it was raining so hard that these young men worked nonstop to complete my garage, Michael delivered everything that I asked for and even after I needed additional wiring he quoted me a price that I felt was right, cant wait for my Pergola to be built so Michael can come back and do more electrical work. I called another company, but they never showed up . I am glad they didn't, because E Dennis is the company I will be calling. Thank you for excellent service and for quality work that is very affordable. I have outlets all around the bottom and top level of my garage, including 2 with USB, which is not posted yet.

We were in the market to replace the 18 year old units originally installed in our house. The ductwork in the attic was a mess with vents that never worked right. We got a quote from a reputable company in PTC but it seemed high so we called E Dennis. Out of the gate they beat the competitor’s quote. Donald and Matt were extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful closing the deal. Richard stopped by to design the system and he listened to my concerns ensuring the right system would get installed. The work started right away and this is where things became really impressive. The crew that showed up (Chris, Luke, Brayden, Mason) were neatly dressed, polite and professional. As they worked in the attic, I worked in my office. I overheard a group of guys that exhibited great teamwork and work ethics. As work was completing, Matt came by to do a quality check and was not afraid to get his hands dirty fixing a few minor concerns I had. We absolutely dread having to call service people out to our house these days especially when this kind of money is involved. E Dennis is a rare company that did fantastic, timely work at a fair price. You should have no hesitations doing business with them!

Jake was exceptional, informative, and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in layman's terms which allowed us to make a decision on the work we needed done. He didn't recommend things we didn't need. He made great suggestions and gave us ideas so we could make an informed decision. Would highly recommend this company, especially Jake, he truly seems to care about his customers.UPDATE ###Jake and Nick came out and completed all the work. We had to have a new service panel, breaker panel, and smoke alarms installed. We also had a redevice done as well. They both were super friendly, knowledgeable, did a great job, and very attentive to details. They treated our home like it was their own. The level of customer service was above and beyond which is hard to find these days. If you don't use this company, you're doing yourself a very big disservice.

I recently had a fantastic experience with E Dennis while dealing with a water leak issue. Casey, the plumber, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed that our water heater needed to be replaced. He was very informative throughout the process, taking the time to show me pictures of the issue, which really helped me understand what was wrong.Casey returned the next morning to install the new water heater. Once again, he took the time to explain what he had replaced and repaired, ensuring I was fully informed. This level of transparency and professionalism made the entire experience seamless and reassuring.From the moment I made the appointment to the completion of the job, I felt well taken care of.
