I’ve been a Firestorm customer for years but I have to say this service today seems too have started strong days before I ever got there. Upon me setting up my appointment online I had entered something incorrect and a lady name Autumn called me and asked me if I was correct in wanting a service that I actually had already bought a lifetime package for many years ago for this same years ago and totally forgotten about. They could have easily changed me again I would have never known. This vehicle rarely drive but I do remember that every time I do buy a new vehicle I would alway purchase the lifetime Rotation, Balance, and Rotate Rotation package that Firestone used to offer. Like I said this was many years ago but is lifetime of the vehicle. Firestone doesn’t even offer this anymore. Once i arrived they were busy but I only had to wait a few minutes for them to check me in. My appointment was at 5pm and I think my vehicle was pulled into the bay around 5:20. Anyone in the real world knows that most places you might stare at your vehicle hours after appointment time before it’s pulled in. All the staff were extremely friendly. The store was clean, even though it was nearing the end of a busy weekend sales promotional event day. I did need both of my air filters changed (which it had been years but I didn’t tell them that) to which they brought both filters out to me and showed them to me and they most definitely need to be replaced. I asked for both of my old air filters to be bagged up and I will take them with me. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with I other places saying they would replace parts and then just put the old ones back in. So now I just make a habit of taking the old parts and throwing them away at home or in the dumpster myself as I’m. Customer service at this location was top notch. My truck was in and out within about 90 minutes which is fast for a Rotation, Balance, Alignment. Plus on a busy day. I would give 10 stars to Miss Autumn if I could.
