He promptly came out and charged a fair price and was very professional in explaining the issue I was experiencing in a manner I could understand. I would definitely recommend these men if you have any issues.
Apr 01, 2025 · Tina VickeryI have never had a issue with his company before. He recently came out and replacement a unit for me I paid 1200.00 for used unit with 1 yr warranty. I wasn't home when he did services on a tues afternoon I messages him back this morning on a Thursday to ask him about me keeping my old unit, he stated it was already cut up and it would've been more money for me to keep my unit which wasn't explained. I wasn't upset i told him thats fine,so I went to ask him for my receipt and he got nasty with me. He than told me he was going to block me and u can't make everyone happy. Not once was I rude to this man, Now my question is why would u block me with a year warranty. I continued to talk nice to him and he has yet to respond. if he says different I have the messages to prove it. I am very confused by the behavioral and not sure why he is so upset especially spending that type of money with him.
Aug 13, 2024 · Works “Works” WorksHe’s not very professional and likes to bash other businesses.Our evaporator coil needed replacing. It took 6 weeks for it to be fixed. I’m assuming because it was under his labor warranty and he wasn’t going to make any money off of us.The week before he came, I reached out to Rheem about possibly just getting a replacement unit because we he have had several issues with our unit just in the first year, including having to have the blower motor replaced. He put it off for 6 weeks and had multiple excuses for why he couldn’t come. Rheem contacted him right after he finally came to fix it.When he found out I contacted Rheem, he sent me an ugly text. I only contacted them because I believed we got a lemon unit. The lady I spoke with Rheem called me after I received his nasty text and confirmed he did not get in trouble. I had to tell them everything that had happened to our unit and when, so they knew it had been 6 weeks and the evaporator coil still hadn’t been fixed. They just asked if they could offer him assistance with anything.
Aug 21, 2024 · ESo this may be a long review but it’s worth the read. Last year we had a company that put the ac unit in our home before it was purchased come fix our unit. They were here 20 min and charged 800 plus labor. After that our unit wasn’t working right luckily we have two in the house so it was not really tolerable but ok. When we called the place back and let them know it wasn’t fixed they said they couldn’t do more and we needed a new unit. Luckily summer was almost over so we just waited. Well we cranked it back up this year and still wasn’t working. I called Mr Don because he had done work for me before. I was very concerned because it was hotter than ever and my English Bulldog was now suffering due to the heat. He came out right away and within minutes discovered not only did the last place not fix it they stole parts making sure it wouldn’t work and make us get a new unit. Let’s just say Mr Don is the most honest and best ac man there is. Prices are fair and his work is awesome. He was even so honest to tell us our units have about ten years left in them when we asked did we need new ones. Other places would never have done that. I can sleep better tonight knowing my English Bulldog will be able to breathe
