I have called and asked to speak with a manager or owner this was Monday. It is now Thursday and still no call back as of yet. I called twice leaving a message both times. It is hard to address issues when the company won't call you back.We used this company on a plumbing issue for one of our rental properties. The guy came out and couldn't reach/fix the problem from the roof and told us we needed to have a cleanout installed. This cost $2700 and wasn't needed. This house is on a conventual foundation and he should have looked under the house. There are 2 cleanouts within easy reach.We approved the work to be done trusting him.He installed the cleanout in the front of the house right where the rain gutter water will hit it. The hole that he dug wasn't filled in by the company, so he didn't finish the job.See the last 2 photos one of the mess he left and the other showing the poor placement of the cleanout.He later sent us a cost estimate wanting us to replace the concrete sewer line of 25' and all of the cast iron pipe under the house at the cost of $13,000.00.After we saw the concrete pipe he cut out it was clean and with out an issue. We decided to get a second set of eyes on the situation, and they found that the concrete sewer pipe is fine and doesn't need to be replaced.While they were under the house they found that one of the pipes between the kitchen and laundry room was supper clogged. I'm not sure why Dent worker didn't find this massive clog considering he used a video camera. Which he couldn't or wouldn't share with us.
